Permit Requirement
Eliminated the special permit requirement for massage therapists in NYC, reclassifying practice as ambulatory care

Supported bill S4640/A273, requiring physicians to promote massage therapy before prescribing opioids

Waivers for LMTs
Secured waivers for LMTs to establish practices in Lindenhurst, NY, despite a moratorium on new businesses
